At Glamee Salon, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Since we operate as a technology platform (Aggregator) connecting Users with Salon Vendors, the following policy governs the cancellation of bookings and the processing of refunds.
1. Cancellation by the User (Customer)

Time-Bound Cancellations: Users may cancel their booking through the Glamee Salon app.

More than [X] hours before the appointment: Full refund or zero cancellation fee may apply (as per the specific Salon's policy).

Less than [X] hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee may be deducted to compensate the Salon Vendor for the reserved time slot.

No-Show Policy: If a User fails to arrive at the salon at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, the booking amount may be forfeited.
2. Cancellation by the Vendor (Salon)

If a Salon Vendor cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the User is entitled to a 100% refund of the booking amount paid online.

Alternatively, the User may choose to reschedule the appointment at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process

Approval: Once a refund is initiated (due to vendor cancellation or valid user cancellation), it will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction.

Convenience Fees: Please note that any non-refundable convenience fees or taxes charged by the platform at the time of booking may not be refundable unless the cancellation is made by the Vendor.
4. SaaS Subscription Refunds (For Vendors)

For Salon owners using our Management Software (SaaS) on a subscription basis:

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has started.

Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future billing cycles, but no pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current cycle.

5. Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute regarding service quality or a refund at the salon, Glamee Salon will act as a mediator. However, the ultimate responsibility for service quality lies with the Salon Vendor. Users are encouraged to report issues to info@glameesalon.com within 24 hours of the appointment.
